Very disappointed in the food and upset with the manager who did little to rectify the problem. The chicken tenders were nasty tasting and dried out, didn't look like the photo in the menu, which is understandable, but we usually always enjoy the chicken tenders here. I was actually more upset about the manager who came to talk to us when we complained. The manager acted apologetic and said he gave us a discou t, but we didnt receive one. He could not seem to comprehend that the food was not good and had to explain it several times. We have been coming here probably since that man was in diapers and him acting like we are trying to scam them into free food is not cool. Also think we were charged twice for an icee, we only got one - no itemized receipts were provided. Also my so only ordered one soda, which they replaced after complaints of the first time and refund to drink the second one, which the bartender admitted that the issue was the soda gun or something to that affect. However, everything tasted like soap that came from a plastic cup, even the water. Anyway the food was awful and so was the soda/water. Bad experience, hope Dave and Busters can find a competent manager who can turn things around. So disappointed I even contacted corporate to complain.
They have boosted their menu again so there are decent things to choose from. I did the play and eat. Maybe the portions are smaller but compared to the menu image it looks like I got half of the dish. The portion was smaller then I thought it would be. The bar tender was attentive. Still for the almost 90.00 I spent I would have expected larger portion.
My husband had never been to a Dave and Buster's and I hadn't been in almost 20 years when my kids were little. We had tickets to a 7:00 movie at the Regal UA Cinema, which was right next door, and decided to avoid rush hour traffic to go to the arcade and then eat before the movie. We were delighted to discover that on Wednesday's, the day we were there, games are half price AND they have a happy hour from 4-7 with $5 drink specials. We both tried the $5 DB Long Island Iced Tea and it was fantastic. We downloaded the Dave and Buster's app ahead of time and I purchased a $20 card with 100 credits, then found that as a first time app user I had a deal for an additional 100 credits! 200 credits for $20 and half price games meant the two of us played for 2 hours and still had 100 credits left. The place was fairly empty and had a mix of couples and a few parents with kids. Very clean, great service, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Even without a happy hour and Wednesday half price, we'll be returning because it was just so much fun playing the games! Plus, we were full from dinner so didn't spend $15 at the movie for popcorn and a soda.
Food was brought out in good time though server ordered wrong item so had to wait for correct item while rest of group eat their food. Tartar sauce was different but good taste, fries bit on salty side. Pasta was well done, chicken breaded nicely. Good deal if you going to play games is to get food/games package.
I have been here a few times but never reviewed it before. I always get great service and have a fun time. It's rare we go and don't get drinks and food. We always get the eat and play so my kids can play. This location added the human crane and it was a blast! Love the selection of games and prizes. They don't have the healthiest options on the menu but I'm hoping they add the bruschetta back because it was delicious! We did a work happy hour here on Thursday and the employees made it the best experience! Top notch service that will make me go back for more happy hours instead of the junction. Lunch time wasn't very busy when we went on a Thursday so we got to easily play all the games and got amazing service from the game room bar. Thank you Dave n Busters for hiring such quality staff members! 👏
