This place is fun but do not eat the food it is absolute garbage. We spent 160$ and we could barely eat any of it. We ordered nachos that were literally deep fried tortillas that looks like they actually smashed so most of it was greasy crumbs with toppings n a pile of lettuce mozzarella sticks that were completely cold, pigs in a blanket that had so much salt on them you had to try wipe them off before eating, wings and salad were decent. We didn’t get any plates and when we got some some of them were dirty. I know it was busy in there but there was a lot of workers too. I couldn’t believe they served those nachos they were really bad. Arcade is really fun but some the games don’t work and you don’t find out till you swipe your card.

First 2 experiences had nothing wrong, food was pretty good, recent one had half the people in the dining area not eating, but watching football. We decided to play some games for like 20 minutes then check back on our position in line, and we weren't even close to being there. We decided since we already played to just go elsewhere, and 2 HOURS LATER, after we left and had a whole dinner elsewhere and left that place, our table was ready. Food in other experiences were good.

Recently visited the newly opened Dave & Buster's in Spokane. The food was what was expected and good. We did just have appetizers. The service was good no complaints. I think it's in a great location by the valley Mall giving more options for entertainment and drawing new business to the area. All in all I think it's a great addition to Spokane.

Very disappointed in this place and will never go back! Most of the food was good and I really liked my bacon burger. My first issue was my upgraded fries. They served my plate but the manager grabbed it back saying sorry we forgot your upgraded fries. The ones on my wife’s plate were fresh hot and crispy. When Dasha got back with my plate the upgraded fries were cold and soft. I immediately moved the bowl of fries off my plate and told our waitress. She didn’t bring me any new fresh fries and mumbled something about taking the fries extra charge off my bill. So I only had a burger to eat 😡!!!!! Our waitress also led us to believe happy hour started at 9. So we ordered 6 more drinks after 9. Didn’t find out we were paying full price until my wife went to the bar for another $5 drink that ended up being $12. The manager Dasha is the one that brought out the cold fries. She either doesn’t care or doesn’t have enough awareness to be management!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I’m so disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Its been around 15 years since we've been inside a Dave and Busters. It was really busy and we didn't have reservations, so we were seated alongside the bar. We knew we would have to wait a bit. Not an issue. Our server was very friendly. My wife ordered a salad and was served overly salted fries. Not a big issue. The burgers were really good. Someone was heavy handed with the fries, even my garlic fries were too salty. We did not take the fries home.
