Beautiful vineyard and they brew a solid craft beer. Try a honey Blonde or Kolsch you won’t be disappointed! We stopped here on an E-bike adventure. They also have a food truck on site and a really large event pavilion. A really upscale facility, highly recommended!
Our group (Queens of Charlotte) met up at the vineyard for a relaxing lunch and listened to live music. It was absolutely delightful. Beautiful scenery. Wonderful staff. There was plenty of shaded and covered seating. My food and wine was perfect. I will definitely be back!
Beautiful setting overlooking pond and pasture. Very welcoming atmosphere. The Portrait (well done blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet Franc) is my favorite red. The wine menu is well-curated, showcasing delicious assortment of dry to bold to sweet reds and whites, each with its own story. Staff were knowledgeable without being pushy, making the experience relaxed and enjoyable. A perfect spot to linger with a glass and take in the scenery...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A True Hidden Gem in Lake Norman – Daveste Vineyards Daveste Vineyards is easily one of my favorite places in the Lake Norman area. It’s the kind of spot you almost don’t want to share because it’s that good — peaceful, relaxing, and just the right mix of laid-back and special. The setting is beautiful and quiet, with plenty of space to sit back, sip, and enjoy the view. Whether you’re out on the patio, walking the grounds, or just hanging out with friends, the whole place has a calm, inviting feel that keeps you coming back. What really makes Daveste stand out, though, is the variety of events they host — from Latin night to yoga and wine, to wine tastings and vineyard tours. They’re always doing something new and fun, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into the details. The staff is genuinely the sweetest — super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to chat or answer questions. They make you feel right at home every time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to enjoy good wine, good company, and beautiful surroundings, this is it. Highly recommend for a date night, weekend outing, or even a solo escape. 🍷✨
This is such a beautiful local vineyard. The day we went there was a band playing and you could bring a chair and relax and watch the band in the shade of the trees. The property is so nice with walking trails, a pond and creek to explore, as well as a beautiful indoor area where, of course, you can select from their menu some delicious wine options. I am usually go for the wine slushy. We also tried the white wine flats, and all of them were very tasty. We sat at the tables under the trees outside, and it was so relaxing. If you are looking for a great place to bring friends and family and just enjoy some good company, I would definitely recommend this local vineyard. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
