I absolutely adore my sweet little bird, created to honour my beautiful daughter, Sapphire, who is no longer with us. This piece means more to me than words can express. James was kind, gentle, and deeply respectful throughout the entire process, and I felt truly cared for every step of the way. I had such a great experience with James. He was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to understand what I wanted.
