My Xbox was the dirtiest thing in the world and my hdmi port went out! He replaced the hdmi, cleaned the console out, AND replaced the thermal paste for $75!!!!!! Extremely affordable compared to what other shops were trying to charge me! 100 stars if I could for this place!
Went in to fix my hdmi port on my PlayStation 5 and in the span of 30 minutes my PlayStation was fixed and ready to use. The work he did on it as phenomenal and just amazing service all around . The system I took in was one of the first PlayStation 5 consoles to come out and basically did surgery on my ps5 and made it work like brand new !
Dustin provided me with a wonderful experience. Dustin saved me a ton of money by helping me fix my laptop hinge / screen without having to replace the whole thing. He sees things from the customer's perspective and does what is right for YOU. He also helped me very fast and the entire procedure was professional. He was upfront about the whole procedure and I really felt like he saw it from my perspective and had my best interests at heart. Easy to get to and parking was a breeze. No line. Highly recommend for any type of electronics repair job!
Very knowledgeable and professional. The shop is very clean and the customer service was phenomenal. Walked in for a ps5 hdmi port repair, they informed me on why the hdmi port wasn’t working. My PlayStation was tested before it was handed back to ensure that it works. The work was completed in under 30 minutes, he really knows what he’s doing. He cleaned dust build up when it wasn’t required. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, the pricing is more than fair, most shops would’ve charge 50% more for this service, I am very glad I chose DC tech to repair my PlayStation over taking it somewhere else or buying a new console!
My custom built PC randomly stopped working one day and DC Tectronix was a life saver! Dustin was able to troubleshoot my PC and diagnose that my motherboard was the culprit. He kept me updated as to the status of the repairs and got my PC back to me within a few days. I cannot recommend DC Tectronix enough to anyone in need of computer repairs. Dustin is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He was able to keep the cost low and returned my PC in even better condition before. He even helped get my PC back to my house and transported it back to my apartment! If you're in need for any electronics repair, you won't regret going to Dustin at DC Tectronix.
