I came here to eat lunch between classes at Old Dominion. Shey welcomed me with a smile, and was quick to get me situated. The music selection was awesome, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick bite, or for an extended lunch. Thanks Shey, for the awesome service! Also, for those dining on a budget- I was able to get two slices and a drink for $6.74. When’s the last time you paid that little for quality in-restaurant food?
Brought the family for a meal after an event at the Scope. I fondly remembered my ODU slice lunch deal days and to come back after all those years to an amazing meal that the kids loved was awesome. Server was super kind and attentive. If you're looking for good Italian that isn't gonna send you to the bank for a short term loan.... look no further.
True hidden gem. Where else can you get pizza by slice for $2.25 besides costco?! Calzone was great, Pizza was spot on Cheesesteak was excelent with highlight of perfect roll. Big enough but very airy bun that didnt overwhelmed steak.
Great local spot for Italian classics. Shrimp poppers were an unusual find. New York deep dish meat lovers pizza was huge. It's so thick they should tell you the weight, not just how many inches! I'll have to come back to test the competition with the Chicago style deep dish also on the menu.
The food is usually good here but today I was very disappointed with their "lunch portion". I reconfirmed with the young lady of what I ordered. Her response was, she just works there & have no control over portion sizes. This looks like a kids meal portion, it did not cover the bottom of the container. The young lady said, the regular portion is slightly more. Del Vecchios, you need to do better! No I did not eat from this container.
