I had an amazing experience here. Even though my phone couldn’t be fixed, he went above and beyond by lending me an alternative phone for over a week while I figured out my next steps. He was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and patient throughout the whole process. That level of care is rare these days. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I feel like I visited an entirely different shop than other recent reviews. Terrible experience. Lights off and closed over half an hour after they are supposed to open. A sign on the door with a number to call to get ahold of them. But how am I supposed to call with the broken phone I came to get fixed? After knocking on the door some dude got up off a bed and got dressed, weird, it seems the employee is living at the business, but then again I'm not sure it was an employee cause he was rude and didn't care about my business at all. He said the business owner wasn't around and would be back in 4-5 hours. I asked if I could drop off my phone for him to work on when he gets back (from who knows where). The guy apparently living at the shop told me no I couldn't leave it and that I basically just had to come back at random times hoping he(the business owner) was here. This is not the first time taking my phone to that shop for repair, every time the customer service is awful and its impossible to get them to respect their own business hours. I visited again as its close to my home and hoped that my past experience wasn't the norm. I will never visit again and will continue to recommend anyone seeking phone repair to avoid this shop.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Denver Phone Repairs enough!!! I came in on a day when my phone had randomly broken and I was already having one of those weeks. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even insisted on buying me dinner from the food truck next door, which completely caught me off guard and instantly turned my day around 🥹 Beyond that, they went out of their way with so many thoughtful and generous gestures while taking care of my phone. The repair was done quickly and professionally, and I left feeling genuinely taken care of, not just as a customer but as a person. It’s rare to find a business that combines great work with this level of humanity. If you need phone repairs, this is absolutely the place to go. Thank you all SO MUCH!!

I took my phone there and got it back in worst condition then it was in before. I asked for a partial refund cause I understand they did replace the screen and spend time and resources doing so, but in the process they broke the back of my phone screen which was perfectly fine and just taped it together. They said I need a new battery but my phone is on and charging, the screen just will not work which is what I paid to have fixed. I would rather not bring it back to the store and just get a new phone at this point.

If I could give this shop 100 stars I would. The most excellent customer service you could ever ask for. Kind, patient, understanding and he wasn't trying to dig a hole through my pocket. Seriously a true gentleman! I owe him so much because I was able to save all my cats baby photos onto the cloud before my phone shit the bed for good. He even brought me sample tacos from his truck! Go check them out for any phone repair or taco truck craving you will not be dissatisfied I promise.
