I've been for two visits now , once for the free consultation and today for a hydrafacial. The hydrafacial was what was recommended to me during my consultation. My biggest concern was these bumps I have all over my chin and was told that they were like little pockets that filled up and that the hydrafacial would suck everything out and make them "disappear" for some time and slow down the process of them filling back up. I was very excited and the plan was to get this treatment once every season as recommended during my consultation. As much as I enjoyed the hydrafacial it did nothing for my bumps which is the reason I was willing to pay the 350$+tx.. After my facial I mentioned that my bumps were still untouched and was told that the only thing that would get rid of them is a series of 4-6 chemical peels at 250$ each... I was disappointed to be honest, I wish they told me from the beginning that what I needed was a chemical peel and I wouldn't have gotten the hydrafacial as it was a big expense for me. My skin feels "clean" now but I don't really see a difference. I am disappointed, I had been looking forward to this appointment for a whole month expecting my biggest insecurity on my face to get fixed. All in all it's a very nice clinic and the staff is nice but make sure you're getting the right treatment the first time around. I did book a chemical peel here but I am hesitant on going back.
I love Dermapure for my cosmetic treatments. I have been seeing Dr. Hetz for years and am so impressed with the personalized care o have always received at Dermapure. My skin looks fantastic and I am complimented on it regularly which has lead me to recommend Dermapure to many people, all of whom have become regular clients. Because the treatments are personalized to meet the clients’ needs the results are fantastic!
Before visiting this clinic,I had a payed consultation with another clinic who ended up Trying to force me into buying their products, all they were worried about was selling their products, but this clinic offered me free consultation and on top of that gave me free samples of products to try before buying thier products,,Top notch quality products Customer service was on point, the clinic is aesthetically pleasing, serene environment ,lovely people ,Megan was such a great help and very professional,I’m definitely coming back for a treatment
