Love Dr. Tim Cragun and his staff! I had CO2 Laser procedure in July and 10/22 was my 3 month follow up visit. The difference in the before/after pictures was phenomenal! I totally recommend Dr. Cragun if you are interested in this procedure. He is VERY GOOD at the mechanics of it; but also, he kept me at ease throughout the entire session by talking to me, joking around, and telling anecdotes. He is the ultimate professional!
Dr. Cragun is awesome. I saw him years ago for my own treatment and had such a great experience that I knew he’d be the best dermatologist for my child as well. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to take care of me and my son. I really appreciate that he got straight to the most effective treatment plan for both me and my child. Highly recommend!
I was seen quickly at my appointed time. Everyone was kind and patient and did their jobs efficiently. The Nurse Practitioner did a great assessment and took care of my issue quickly. Her attention to pain management was excellent. I would highly recommend this office!
We recently saw Lavonne, NP for my child, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, patient, and approachable. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, not just to me, but also in a way my child could understand and feel comfortable. Nothing felt rushed, and every question we had was answered with care and knowledge. It’s clear she is very experienced and truly invested in her patients’ well-being. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident about the treatment plan. I would highly recommend Lavonne to any parent looking for a dermatologist who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen.
