I've been doing Pilates with Devi for about 9 months now, and would insist anyone in the Phoenix area wanting to do Pilates should come to Design 2 Move. Every session, I am floored by Devi's knowledge of Pilates and how the body works. As a mentor and trainer, she's so caring, motivating, and uplifting. The difference in how my body looks and feels is incredible, but Pilates with Devi has also done wonders for my mindset. Additionally, Devi is wonderful at accommodating my POTS and Long Covid, and has helped me achieve a level of function and confidence in my body that I didn't think was possible when I first received my diagnoses. I look forward to our sessions every week, and strongly encourage anyone looking for a Pilates studio to come here. Devi is the best!
I’ve recently joined classes at Design 2 Move Pilates Studio, and after just a few sessions, I’m amazed at how important body alignment is. It’s a completely different and enjoyable experience. The personalized sessions with Devi are both supportive and motivating. Looking forward to continuing!
Knowing things weren’t right in my posture… but not how to start correcting them. I came in for a one on one to find out what was going on and how to start coming back to myself. Looks like leg is longer but not … need to learn rebalance and structure. Thought I had slouching shoulders but not… head/neck is out forward to balance my lower body structure. Need to relearn my stance and proper exercise movement. Thank you Devi.
