My three year old phone would progressively not hold a charge and was simply bonkers yesterday (Christmas) with crashing, no matter how much battery life it said it had and finally flashing. I took it to Device Docs because of the wonderful reviews. I must say that the reviews are well deserved. I explained my sick phone's symptoms and handed it over. The technician (owner?) immediately noted that the phone had started to swell. I had no idea and was horrified! 😩 When I say that I don't want a new phone, I REALLY DON'T WANT a new phone! He explained everything to me and I agreed to a battery change, while trying to prepare myself for the worst outcome (a new phone). He repaired the phone within the time estimate and I am now happily typing this review. ☺ They are honest, fast and reasonable. Give them your business!

I came all.the way from az and i.chose Device Docs due to.tbe amazing reviews . Im glad I chose this company fixed my screen in a reasonable time also had a reasonable price , thanks Cameron for assisting me today

My 4 year old phone was very difficult to charge. Any movement would stop charging. I couldn't plug it in the car to use Android Auto . Additionally, the battery at 100% would not last a full day. For $90, my charging port was cleaned and is easy to charge now, and I replaced the battery improving performance and letting me charge only overnight. I'm very pleased with the service and prices. I saved ~$1,000 to refresh my phone rather than get a new one.

This has s very good ending… I have been to this place a year ago with my I pad in which I did not have a good experience and was quoted $150 and then when I picked up my iPad, they told me it would be over $200. This morning my I phone battery was completely dead. I was desperate I researched other places, but they opened at 10 in which this location was open at nine. I thought I should just go and give them another try. I got there a few minutes early. The owner unlocked the door and I was greeted with a smile I explained to them exactly what had happened to my phone, to only find out that new owners bought this location. I had the best customer service, and a good Conversation with the new owner, I truly will be back for further services. Thank you so much my phone is completely working again.

I LOVE the computer they built for me, it's used and is on 24/7. However, a while back I took my iphone in to simply get the earpiece replaced while I was at lunch, and not only did Face ID stop working on the phone, the phone started registering as stolen, the warranty was voided, so an $86 repair cost me an $800 trade-in, and the icing on the cake, Iphone authorized repair shops (which they are not) will NOT touch the phone now that it has been serviced by a shop not authorized, maybe they didn't realize this would happen as they fixed a 10 for me a few years back with no problems. DD rocks on computers, not so much on the Iphone repairs, sorry.
