Do not buy from this place. Bunch of liars. My order has been delayed by another 3 weeks and they dont have a reason why it has been delayed. They mentioned apprently they have right to delay upto 30days from the original proposed date. Its been over 2 months now. Doesn't allow me to cancel either saying my furniture is apprently been made. But when I asked where is it and why you havent able to deliever it. No answer. Bunch of crooks. Have raised complaint with FHIO
I visited here with a relative looking to buy a new sofa and chairs. Upon entering we were offered help and there was no difficulty in finding staff to assist. We browsed through the whole store and I found myself focused on two different ranges of seating that were present in store. Each of the sales staff make themselves available to you nearby while browsing, without making you feel pressured. Basically they're there when you're ready. We chatted with a couple of the sales assistants and I wanted to take measurements at home before returning the next day. When we did return the next day it was still pleasant and easy to get assistance. While there I applied for the interest free credit. In total I bought a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a storage footstool and because of the colour it was sensible for me to take the 5 year sofa protection. There was no pressure to buy anything. It was offered and up to me if I wanted it or not. Everything was explained in detail. Repayments were clear and easy to understand. I paid a small deposit, that was flexible too of how much or how little to pay on my card there and then. I received confirmation of acceptance for the finance that I applied for just a few minutes after we left the store. Updates from DFS over the weeks kept me informed of what was happening. My order was delivered around a week earlier than the estimate given so that was really nice. The store is nicely laid out. It's quite big and some natural lighting coming in through the store windows helps to give you an accurate idea of how it might look in your home. I would use DFS again. This was my first experience of them and I'm overall very pleased with it. I love my new furniture.
Bought a sofabed and foot stool and were very happy with our salesman, Bally. He didn't pester us when we were looking around the first time so when we went back we asked for him specifically as we liked his sales technique. Reasonable price.
DFS did have a lot of sofas, but not the one I was looking for staff was so helpful and polite and tried so hard to find me the right sofa
