5 stars to my nail technician Otis!! He was a hidden gem, Vincent Van Gogh. He took time to pay attention to the smallest details. Nobody knew how to do this water design in different locations, and he nailed it. Other locations try to cut time by doing a design on only one finger, or charging more just because I picked different colors for French tip. Otis didn't care about how long it takes to make my nails perfect. He used many tools and techniques to make this design happen. When he wasn't satisfied with the result, he cleared it and redid it and I was impressed how perfectionist he was. He was the best nail technician I've met, and I will go back again. I hope the shop owner treats him well and keep him.

I love this place, this is my third time visiting and my nail set last greater than 3 weeks. I can tell they do not skimp on using quality products, I don’t have to pay to have my cuticles trimmed unlike some other places. Great attention to detail, good products, friendly staff, talented.
When I presented my callused hooves to the team at Diamond, I half-expected them to suggest a podiatrist first. But bless their gentle hearts, they didn't bat an eye! My technician, with the patience of a saint and the touch of a butterfly, transformed my gnarly toes. What felt like hours (but was actually a reasonable amount of time) of scrubbing and buffing later, my feet emerged looking almost human! They truly did the best they could with the raw materials they were given, and for that, I'm eternally grateful. My toes are still a work in progress, but they're now the best version of themselves they've been in ages. They also painted my daughter’s nails and gave her the best first time experience at a nail salon. If you're looking for a nail salon that's not afraid of a challenge and delivers excellent results, Diamond Nails is your place. My feet (and my dignity) thank you!
