Kevin from Diamonds Direct is on another level. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism from the start to the end of the sale and beyond. He even took photos for me of the ring by my request once it was finally shipped back after being made while I was out of town. He did not try to upsell me anything. He educated me on the difference in diamonds and brought out a bunch of examples of stones in the range I wanted and let me choose for myself. I ended up choosing the less expensive one which looked nicer to me. Kevin only cared that I was happy and satisfied, nothing else. 11/10 experience. I will be buying my fiancees wedding band from him as well.
From beginning to end I had an immeasurable amount of help. I came in lost and terrified but that all pretty much went away because the people there were amazing! I was taken to school lol now here me out. I didn't know much about diamonds and what to look for, different kinds, clarity and so fouth but I was shown much information that was easy to understand. I wanted something custom and after some variations and rendering this princess cut masterpiece was born. The place is extremely clean, multiple kinds of refreshments coming in straight to the back where there is seating and a nice view of the water. Everyone is very intelligent and know exactly what they are doing. I felt at home everytime I came in and so very welcomed. I recommend this place to anyone trying to look for a ring or other jewelry. As for price that depends on what you want and yes I definitely did go overboard but it was worth it in the end. Thank you for everything Diamonds Direct and look forward to seeing yall again!
We had a fantastic experience with Diamonds Direct, and especially with our sales rep, Kevin! He was absolutely amazing. We came in having not bought a diamond in 25 years and with little knowledge of how things had changed with pricing and the existence of lab grown stones. He spent so much time with us and helped us find the perfect new set of rings for myself and my husband. We are SO happy with the quality and the beauty of both rings. MASHA IS AMAZING! We stopped in to have my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands cleaned, polished, and rhodiumed and while in there decided to look at some new ring options. Masha assisted us and was wonderful. I wanted to make a change to the order after we left and contacted Masha and she made the change quick and simple.
