We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Camelia at Diamonds Factory, Birmingham branch. Camelia is a true credit to the company and kept us informed at every step of the way. When we first visited the store, it was a very last minute pop in just 10 minutes before closing, yet Camelia was still incredibly welcoming. She happily sat down with us, showed us the ring we liked, and talked us through all the available options without any pressure. A month later, we contacted Camelia to ask whether she could price match a ring we had been quoted for by another company. After reviewing the GIA certificate, Camelia kindly pointed out that the other jeweller had quoted us for a round brilliant diamond, even though it had been stated in writing that it was an oval diamond, which I specifically wanted. I hadn’t noticed this mistake myself, and Camelia’s honesty and attention to detail completely reassured us that we were making the right decision by purchasing through her. Once my engagement ring was ordered, Camelia kept us updated throughout the entire process and reassured us that it would be delivered within the promised timeframe. She even arranged a complimentary engraving, which made the ring feel even more special. Now that my fiancé has proposed, I can honestly say that everything is absolutely perfect. The ring is beautifully made and even more stunning than I expected, I couldn’t be happier. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, and we will definitely be back in touch with Camelia early next year to look at wedding rings. I truly hope the company recognises Camelia for her amazing work, as she has made this entire experience so special for us.
Me and my fiancé had a nice chat with Desh few weeks ago and we returned today to purchase our wedding band. Desh is a very kind sales man who knows everything about the rings and process. We felt very comfortable as he answered all our questions. He is always smiling and his aura is very positive. He was not rushing the appointment at all, he was really the best man to be served by and we look forward to receive our ring. The shop in Birmingham is very beautiful and clean, and Desh’s colleagues were also very warm and kind.
