Everyone in this office is incredibly kind and welcoming. I came in with bad neck pain and frequent headaches, and from the start I felt listened to and supported. Dr. Bailey took the time to thoroughly walk me through all of the exercises. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing physical therapy!
Great experience start to finish! I was curious about my overall fitness level and how to maintain(and safely train) towards my lifestyle and fitness goals and needed to test my current limits. Rachel promptly called and scheduled my fitness exam and provided all necessary details. During the exam everything was explained in detail and I was able to understand how to perform my best on each test from Deadlift and Grip Strength, to the VO2 Max. Thank you Dr. Jonson, Rachel, and the entire Direct Orthopedic Therapy team.
Five stars for Direct Orthopedic Therapy! The entire staff is great, but I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk team, they are so friendly and welcoming every time I walk through the door. I’ve loved working with Dr. Shannon, she is excellent at what she does and makes the therapy process a great experience. Highly recommend to anybody!
Great place! My elderly Dad has been going post surgery after each knee replacement. They have done a wonderful job - all of the staff and office are awesome - they are warm, compassionate, and treat you like family! They are very knowledgeable and have done a great ensure a safe and speedy recovery! Shout out to Cage - he is fantastic - very personable, patient, caring, and caters physical therapy specific to the needs of the patient! If you need PT - go here, they are the best!!!
My experience at Direct PT with Dr.Shannon has been great! I originally came in with chronic shoulder pain and limited range of motion in my shoulder. From my first visit Shannon conducted a thorough evaluation and listened carefully to my concerns. She developed a personalized treatment plan that made sense and clearly explained the rationale behind the exercises. Dr Shannon adapts exercises based on my ability to perform and has a positive and encouraging attitude. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, I have made incredible progress. My pain level has decreased significantly and range of motion is increasing daily . The entire team at Direct PT is fantastic. The administrative staff is always friendly and made scheduling a breeze . They have an upbeat attitude which sets the tone from the second you walk in the door . I highly recommend Dr. Shannon and this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy.
