l had an excellent experience with Discount Tire from start to finish. Every single person I came into contact with was incredibly helpful and professional, especially every time I called the store with questions. No matter who I spoke with, they were patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain things clearly. I also needed new wipers and they gave me a place to get my wipers fixed! I am also really excited to have the flat repair tire rotation, and air pressure checks that come with my service. When I arrived at the store, the same level of care continued. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which immediately made me feel comfortable. They made sure I fully understood what was going on throughout the entire process and never made me feel rushed or uninformed. That level of transparency and customer service really stood out to me. I truly appreciate how well I was treated and how smooth the entire experience was. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and professionalism.
One day turn around on winter tires. Danny was professional, expediant and the location was very clean. Was met outside as I was getting out of my car are was able to get the tire change started before the scheduled appointment. Was in and out without issues. Employees will show customer any identified issues discovered during their appointment; as seen while waiting. Very good experience overall.
I needed all new tires, even my spare needs replacing. They finished quicker than expected. Staff was helpful & explained my options. Not how I wanted to start my birthday off, but they made it a pleasant experience. Leaving the lot, I could feel the improved grip of my new tires. Thanks a lot!
It’s a pretty good tire store. I think their prices are usually better than most places. The biggest advantage is that they are or appear to be nationwide, and I have needed tire service out of state. Couple of problems is that I don’t think you really save time by making an appointment online, That’s just my personal feeling.. Not a big deal. When I switched out my snow tires, they did not put my summer tires in bags…Also not a big deal, but I was expecting it. It’s sometimes tough to compare apples to apples since I have found that they frequently carry different tires than other stores sell. I’ve also returned to buy the same tire I previously had and found they no longer carry that tire. Overall, I really like Discount Tire. I’ve been going there many many years.
The staff, store, and service is excellent. I was 10 minutes early and greeted/checked-in upon arrival. Overall, I had a positive experience at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone. I booked an appointment online to reduce the amount of time I had to wait. I had came in for a single tire inspection (and some patch work if needed). The estimated wait time was 30 minutes but the service was completed before then. I will definitely be coming here again for future services! Thank you for taking great care of your customers. (Also, I had no idea that my tire service would be free!!!)
