Brian and his team are excellent. It started with a phone call about needing a set of tires on the day! He was kind enough to talk me through the best, better, top-of-the-line set and out the door, price. He was patient and was willing to go the extra mile. Told me what I would have to wait for. Had issues days later, and he was just as kind in the first interaction. I can appreciate his customer service and his willingness to make everything right! What a great guy. I see you, Brian! With all the rude people and the place packed, he was still professional and understanding.
They were SUPER helpful, very nice and treated my baby (van) with care! I went in to get my tires inflated and had 2 slow leaks. An hour later the slow leaks were fixed and they now have a customer for life. Thank you!!!
My son's girlfriend needed tires. They bought online and made an appointment. I went with her to navigate getting there since she's not local. The service was super friendly and they were on time even for holiday week with being obviously busy. She needed new lug nuts but had no money after getting the tires. They replaced without charging her. She was so grateful. What an amazing gesture from them! I will go there just because of this extraordinary service.
Jacob and the team here are awesome! Took care of an issue last minute! Got the work truck back in business quickly and most importantly, Jacob in particular was very personable and friendly. Stopped in to see Felix after my wife had a poor experience at Zimbrick BMW. A service advisor there told her she needed new rear tires on her X5, just four months and 7,400 miles after we had purchased them. When she questioned it, the advisor explained that BMWs with summer tires “burn through” tires faster than normal. What made no sense is the tires started at 8/32 and are now at 6/32 yet they were already telling her she needed replacements. Unsure, she opted for a second opinion and that’s where Felix came in. Felix was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He asked a few quick questions, then personally went out to inspect the vehicle. He scanned all four tires and clearly explained that every single one was still well within the green. If you want honesty, integrity, and expertise, skip the dealership upsells and go straight to Felix and the team at Discount Tire.
