Just needed a tire plug and came to this location for the first time by mistake. I waited an extra hour and a half because no one told me my car was done. When someone finally noticed me, they got me my key and receipt, but didn't even point me in the direction of my car. I appreciate the tire plug and understand it was busy but customer service was lacking. I'm happy my tire is okay but I'm leaving frustrated and with my time wasted.

I had an emergency tire situation and they took my car as they were closing from their Employee Appreciation Day. They were the third shop I tried.... They explained everything in great detail and were genuinely concerned for my safety. I was on and out in the fastest time I've ever experienced.
I brought my Toyota bz4x and was worried if the tire would be repaired or not but customer service representative Donnie explained me everything and made sure I was highly satisfied. Very very respectful. I would highly recommend Discount tire because of Sales associates like Donnie. Will surely come back again!!!!
