I had ordered wheels and tires for a 1996 Ford F150 project of ours, its been restored from the motor to the body, I ordered wheels and tires that I was told would be there in about 2 days, they came a month later, I was told somebody would call when they came in, I never got a phone call. I called and finally got them installed but the beauty rings on the front wheels didn't fit so they had to order more, again I was told they would come in a few days later and I would get a call, no call again. I called again and was told they weren't there, then I got a call 20 mins later and was told they were there, I came in with my truck and was told they could squeeze me in and get them done within an hour, no problem. I waited an hour and nothing was happening, mind you this is like a 10-15 min job, I asked for my keys back and expressed that I was frustrated with this whole ordeal, a guy named Daniel that worked there smirked and said "have a good day", this infuriated me and I was getting ready to pull out and one of the guys in the bay stopped me and said he could take care of me, he started working on it and then ended cross-threading one of the studs on my front hub, they then told me to take to some shady shop down the road and that they would bill Discount Tire but I haven't gone yet. I will be buying tires from CostCo from now one needless to say. This is ridiculous.

Just went in because tire was going flat, asked them to check it and told us it didn't matter we needed a new tire anyways, whatever fine, $280 later we start heading back home and the tire is still going flat, stopped at another discount tire and they actually checked for us, come to find out our rim is cracked. Could've saved time and money if they just did the job like we asked in the first place but no they just wanted to get money out of you. Make sure you are persistent to have them check your car correctly, otherwise you'll spend what you don't need and keep the problem in your car. The crack in the rim was also pretty big and obvious I dont know how they missed it

I had an alignment issue that tore up one of my tires while I was on a road trip from South Carolina. I arrived at the discount tire at 8:00am and they installed 2 new front tires and completed a front end alignment by 9:30am! I was back on the road with minimum interruptions to my trip. The staff in the waiting room were all super nice and helpful! The technicians on the shop floor were superb! I couldn't believe how efficiently they were able to get so many people through the shop in the short time I was waiting for my car. The prices were awesome! Alignment for $89 is 1/2 the price it would have cost back home! The cheapest tires ($59/tire) were out of stock, but they happily sold me the next cheapest tires ($67/tire) for the price of the cheapest ones. I wish this discount tire location was closer to my house!
