I went to Discount Tire to purchase 4 new tires before a cross county road trip. Got the new tires and everything was wonderful until I was on my road trip and realized the tires weren’t balanced. Stopped at a Discount Tire in NM to get them balanced and realized they never gave me back my wheel lock. 😡. Called the store on Oracle to ask about my wheel lock and they didn’t have it. I’m now having to purchase a new wheel lock which isn’t cheap. Totally disappointed in the service at Discount Tire on Oracle…they need to pay better attention to returning wheel locks or maybe it wasn’t returned to me intentionally? They also need to make sure the new tires are balanced before handing back the car.
I’m very happy with the service at this location! I came in on a bad day trying to get my tire pressure checked and leveled out and they talked me into getting new tires. I knew I needed them, so I was curious about the price, so they helped me find affordable tires! They also dealt with my attitude after the long wait and didn’t make me feel like I was crazy.. and after getting stung by a bee while waiting to talk to one of the gentleman, I wasn’t easy to deal with.. LOL. So props to them for really calming me down
The guys at this store are great! Very polite young men. Always hustling helping someone out or even helping in the shop. This location is busy but they can get you in and out of here faster than the Broadway ( the slowest) Ina location also busy store are a little bit faster) but Oracle and Prince they get it done right and fast ! I got out of my way to go to this store. Great store hard working bunch of guys!! Thanks to all of you! See you in 6 months.
Don’t try and do this on a lunch break. Tires are solid, but they can’t stick to a turn around time to save their lives. I let them know when I called I had a limited window. They swear to you if you have an appointment you’ll be on the road in 45 minutes to an hour. I made an appointment and was there 5 minutes early. This is my 2nd straight appointment for routine things that have taken more than 2 hours. Not because of unforeseen complications, but because my car wasn’t taken back to the bay for over an hour. What the point of having an appointment if you can’t honor it? Based on their reaction when I asked for an ETA I’m positive they skipped me and forgot. Walk-ins who came in after me with no appointment were helped before me. I’m a long tome customer that has bought dozens of sets of tires here, but over the last few years it seems like their customer services has really declined. Might be time to start getting my tires as Costco.
Recently I had a problem with them, my car was park at the parking lot and one of the staff hit my car, the manager carlos Mejia told us that we didn’t had to call our insurance due to they wanted to cover all the damage on my car, so we trusted on them and now their insurance told me that my car is deemed total and they wanted to have me 6400 for my car. My car was in a good shape. I’m so disappointed and very sad
