I worked with Jesse. Great customer service ! I experienced a blowout on I-25 while visiting from Denver. My EV SUV required a unusual tire size. Jesse was able to locate one near my home in Denver, and arrange for me to pick it up and bring in for mounting. I was charged way less than I expected. Discount tire is the best !
This is one of the good locations! They take the time to ensure you have a trouble free experience. I drive the extra distance to this location as the 305 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 location is closer to me but has made more mistakes than I can count.
This was my first experience going to purchase tires, my main point of contact was Jessie (so unbelievably helpful and kind) but I also received helped from Chandler (SO friendly). I am so impressed! I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to my car, but these gentlemen really made the process pleasant and easy to understand!
Came in for somewhat of a special service. The first associate that attempted to help me was very polite. Very helpful and wanted to get my mount and balance done on my wire wheels, Dayton's (lowrider Wheels). They were quite busy, about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday when a store manager came up to the associate and myself. The associate was preparing to get the rim on a machine and remove the old tire when suddenly this store mngr (or shift lead ECT. I'm not quite sure) stopped the other assoc. Dead in his tracks saying that they will not service any wheels with wire spokes. I asked why not? I recd . a response @ 183737283847 mph, and then recd. an apology from the helpful assoc. Who was willing to mount the new tires I had onto my wire wheels. He wasn't exactly sure why they were not allowed to do the work, but, by that time I caught the just of the situation and proceeded to gather my rims and tires from inside the shop and get back to my vehicle. I realized that the main reason the mngr. turned me away was because they were busy and he wanted to get off on time for happy hour. Their machines were fully capable of mounting the tires on the wheels- maybe just not their human counterparts 🤷🏼♂️. I guess if you can't do it with your eyes closed @ discount tire, they're not up for the challenge... Maybe I'm wrong....
Had a great experience here! Unfortunately, the tires I ordered to have shipped to the store did not arrive on the date that was originally expected, but that was a Fedex delay and not a Discount Tire delay. Once they arrived, the Discount Tire team worked me in immediately, and I was in and out of the store in less than 1 hour for tire installation. Wanted to give a special shoutout to Jesse, who had top tier customer service. He interacts wonderfully with customers and was nothing but kind and polite!
