They Scratched my rims and refused to pay for it and went thru my vehicle while they had it. This has been the only place ive bought tires from in the last 15 years. I will never come here again and I will make sure everyone is know never comes here EVER!!!! If you are thinking about going here for any work on your vehicle THINK AGAIN!!!! Look at the pictures and video and tell me you want them to work on your vehicle
Great service, very fair prices, and love the warranty option. I purchased my tires online and scheduled installation for the next day. I was in and out within the the time I was quoted. Everyone there was very friendly, especially Jay, who helped me get checked in. Would recommend.
I purchased my tires on Tire Rack and used Discount Tire store on Evans Street in Omaha as recommended installer from Tire Rack. Tires were shipped to the Discount Tire store. My first appointment for installation was rescheduled because FedEx delivered two tires and two were delayed in shipping. So 3 days later I came for another appointment (scheduled). And that is where 2 started raining comes from. The employee name Michael (wearing the boss shirt-red) greeted me. I said that I have the appointment and Michel said "okay let's get you checked in and get your vehicle information ". After he came back he said "Let's get you payed!" Whyle he was running my card i asked if all my tires a in this time?" The response was " I have no idea. It's your tires, you bought them. I will check." Michel sounded like he was upset that I didn't buy the tires from him. After about 10 minutes I asked if the tires are in. Michel, visibly irritated, said let me finish what I am doing and I will check. Thanks he asked one of the employees to do it. The answer was "yes, we have them". I have two questions. 1. Why was Michel charging my card for the instalation if he wasn't sure if he had them in stock? 2. Who let Michel work with customers? His place is in the shop taking the tire off the cars at best. If you company has contract with Tire Rack, you employees should honor it and don't act pissy. I gave 2 star review only because Michael's partner, whom I talked at my first appointment was very nice and professional and didn't act like he was doing me a favor by talking to me. He also verified that Discount Tire will be checking my alignment. Michel said "Our job is to put the tires on and get you on the way. But if you want we can check it for you."
have ordered at least 4 sets of tires through them previously for all of my vehicles, have always had outstanding service. I guess this time they no longer want the customer. I had found some good tires priced well online, and after a couple days, they got a price match approved, I called, and got it all set. they told me it would take only 2-3 days for the tires to come in. They then emailed me again and told me to call them. I went ahead and did and they told me that now all of a sudden they can't purchase them, they cant price match anything similar, and told me the same tires would be 100 each more. they also told me this after the website i could have purchased them through was sold out. thanks for wasting my time and the deal.
Nick was spot on with his recommendation! I was concerned about the tolerances for our car ,but his reassurance was perfect! We are extremely happy with this setup! Way to go Nick and Discount Tires!
