I recently completed the Beginners course at DJ GYM with Marc Spence and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Marc was professional, patient, and progressive throughout, taking the time to tailor the sessions to my individual development and focusing on the areas that mattered most. I felt completely safe to make mistakes and was genuinely supported to learn and improve from them, which made the experience both confidence-building and enjoyable. I enjoyed the course so much that I’ve already booked onto the Intermediate phase. A brilliant learning environment and an excellent coach.
I’ve completed my intermediates course here and what a way to excel my skills! I did my sessions with Marc Spence and not only taught me things, but also told me why they’re relevant (and that perfectly suits my learning style of needing to understand not just how things work, but why they’re work). The studio was also a great space to learn! I’ll definitely be booking some practice sessions in here, and also my advanced course in the future

My son has just completed the beginner and intermediate DJ courses with Courtney and is now looking forward to starting the music production course. Courtney is absolutely fantastic - really friendly and encouraging, explains things really clearly and is really flexible to your pace. My son really looked forward to each lesson, learnt loads and gained a lot of confidence. I’d definitely recommend learning through an in person course - you learn so much more and it’s much more fun - and DJ Gym and Courtney in particular have been brilliant.
