I had an excellent experience with their electrician David. He came in within half an hour from call and fixed with competence every single issue I had, including a faulty socket, several ceiling lights and even an old lamp which hadn’t been working for years. david is very skilled, polite, tidy, respectful and also good company to talk to. Full marks to him for providing such an excellent customer service.
David did a great job was professional, efficient, and the work was completed quickly. Everything was done to a high standard, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
Great communication from the start, clear on what could be done after asking for confirmation, clear on how long it would take and how much. On the day, he arrived promptly and carried the work out quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards too. Great service, will definitely use again if required.
Found DM Electrical Scotland Ltd on Trust-a-Trader. Sent a message via the app explaining my issue (trying to replace an old Mira shower with a new one) and within 10 mins, David, was in touch. David asked for some photos and provided some very helpful advice with recommendations for certain tools to help me do the job myself, which worked! Shower is now fitted and working perfectly. My cooker came without any cables which wasn’t a problem for DM Electrical they simply jumped down to the van and made some up for me. Guy even unpacked the cooker for me as well as install, he was a really nice guy to talk to and Super helpful. I now have a beautiful new cooker to have a hot meal on tonight.
