We cannot say enough good things about everyone at Doctor Drips — especially Ronnie and Wyatt. Working on a historic home built in 1920 requires experience, patience, and problem-solving skills, and they brought all of that and more. Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of our home throughout our bathroom addition and bedroom renovation. The whole team took the challenging aspects of plumbing in an older house and navigated all of the quirks with confidence and care. What really stood out, though, was how kind and thoughtful they were — always friendly to our family (and our dog!) and meticulous in their work. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such a great attitude. We felt completely confident having them in our home and would recommend Doctor Drips without hesitation.
I called Doctor Drips on the Monday following New Years with water heater issues, and Richard from their team arrived at my house the next morning at 8am with the repairs completed by 10am. Service was excellent, communication was transparent, pricing seemed fair and the issues seem to be fixed. Give them a shot!
Doctor Drips is fantastic! We had an odor in our pipe system that another plumbing company couldn’t pinpoint or resolve. Jance came over and diagnosed it on the spot and knew exactly how to remedy the problem and completely resolved it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with.
