Such professional caring team. Besides the ease of scheduling, running on time( every time I've been ) my pets were well catered to and all procedures explained with clarity. The Vet we saw was above and beyond. Rare Vet experiences. This is what a good team looks like.
Good experience at Dog & Cat Hospital. Our new reg. vet could not spay our puppy in time for us. D & C H had an earlier appointment and all the staff was very nice. If it wouldn't be a drive for us we would love to go there for the care of our pet. Willow is doing great after getting fixed.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I scheduled an appt for my dog online that was 2weeks away and added a note while scheduling that i was worried about my dogs symptoms but it wasn’t an quite an emergency, They called me the next to to bring my dog in that afternoon! That makes me feel like they actually care. I have brought my dog here for 4 years and I’m glad I do.
October 23, 2025 was my first visit to Dog & Cat Hospital and I'm so very impressed with the kindness of everyone there. I took my foster dog there and I truly wish I'd have known about them when my dogs were alive. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming and Dr. Jennifer Hayes was amazing! I highly recommend Dog & Cat Hospital to everyone!❤️
My family and I have been coming to Dog & Cat hospital for over 3 decades, and I have to say, from front desk staff to the everyone in the back, they are absolutely phenomenal! No matter how busy they are, and they can get VERY busy (because they’re so darn good), they always give our animals the most amazing care and attention we could ask for. While we have seen Dr. Gerlac, Dr. Cirignani, and others, who are all WONDERFUL vets, lately we have been seeing Dr. Hayes, especially for our dog Winston. He has had quite a few health problems that have been challenging, to say the least. Thankfully, Dr. Hayes has worked incredibly hard in to trying to diagnose his issues all the while showing an infinite amount of compassion and kindness along the way. She is an absolutely brilliant veterinarian with a heart of gold! I could spend an eternity writing about the decades of amazing service. Instead, I will simply say that we are truly blessed to have such incredible veterinary care for our four pawed children and we could not be happier with the service provided to us from ALL of the staff at Dog & Cat Hospital. (A special thanks to the vet techs and vet assistants too. Your hard work, commitment, and compassion is appreciated more than you know.)
