This place is a gem in our neighborhood. We have been taking one of our dogs for nail trims, for a while now. We finally decided to give them a try on boarding. The communication was outstanding, the space is clean and they dogs are treated like their own. I have already booked them in for our next trip. If you are looking for somewhere to board your dog or for a day of play give Doggie Style Boutique a try. Really wish I had found them earlier.
Gretchen and her crew always does an amazing job with Nolan and Paco! They’ve always been skittish with previous groomers but they have made the boys so comfortable and handsome! Definitely recommend them each time!!
We have been FREQUENT flyers at Doggie Style for boarding between all the random weddings and trips and life events as a young adult and I moved further away to the suburbs but we will still never go anywhere else. My pups have their own backpack for boarding visits and they legitimately sprint to the door when I start to pack for their stay. Gretchen runs a great shop with a super low-stress booking experience if you need any services. She makes sure dogs are up to date on vaccinations too. And we cannot even do justice leaving the boarding caregiver Juan less than a 100 star review- he is just the most amazing gem of a human that I have ever met and so patient with all the high energy pups! We have gotten adorable picture frames with a “photo shoot” he did with them or little treats to take home and he even recently started an instagram to share updates. They do a bath for long stays too before pickup. Just go ahead and give them the call.
I’ve been going to DSB since 2017 on and off. Even when I moved out of the neighborhood I found myself coming back because of the great and reliable service. They are easy to get in touch with and work hard to make sure they can find time for my dog. I have an elderly dog and other groomers haven’t been the right fit, but DSB treats my dog so well and she always looks great! Gretchen is great with keeping in touch and with customer service. She keeps me on track with scheduling and is always kind! Bisou always comes home with a beautiful bow or bandana too.
My dog Reggie has been going to Doggie Bowtique since we moved to KC last summer. We were nervous about boarding and grooming as he’s a senior dog with health issues but they always do an amazing job with Reggie. Grooming is great and they always make sure to put your dog’s needs first. Juan takes care of Reggie in boarding and he does an AMAZING job. We could not be happier here! They make sure all dogs are vaccinated and Juan follows the directions for Reggie’s special diet and medicines very well! We can tell because Reggie is a happy camper when he comes home and that’s saying a lot considering how much of a homebody our dog is! They make sure to stay in touch with appointment reminders and even during this past snowstorm, they made sure to reach out and let us know there was one coming as we were out of town. I can safely say they will go above and beyond to ensure your pet’s safety. I also want to mention that there is an outdoor area for the dogs to go and it is not an exclusively indoor place like many other boarding places. So we know Reggie is getting enough sun and play! We cannot recommend Doggie Style Bowtique enough!
