I live close to the boardwalk so I wasn’t too keen on the location. But, I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone bc I was running behind. Aubrey, who assisted me over the phone was the receptionist. She was very understanding and very sweet when I arrived. Everyone was very nice and professional but I was impressed with with Aubrey’s kindness. I’ll definitely be returning for more physical therapy!
Dr. Jones was very kind and helpful! He kept all the information straightforward and easy for me to understand. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and took great care of me while I was there.
Dr. Jones is hands down the best physical therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had a doctor identify the root of a problem I’m having and fix it/develop an exercise plan to keep it fixed so quickly. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
Very professional and respectful physical therapy workers. They are always making sure that you're doing okay during each exercise.
I have found Dominion Physical Therapy to be a wonderful place. The staff are very friendly and thorough not to mention professional. I look forward to going for therapy,, the interaction wit the staff and the view fron the parking deck. From the 6th floor parking deck I can still see the beauty in Norfolk VA. There is also a beautiful walking path there not to mention the Waterside view.
