Worst customer service. We went to return a product driving all the way from North Canberra. Reached store at 3:55 ,but the store was already closed while it was supposed to be closed at 4pm. The Door was only half down so we approached staff but she was so rude and refused to serve us saying the system is already closed.

What a waste of space. Had pants for less than a month paid $80 for them. Customer support useless. Finally able to swap pair. Told to come back next back day which I did to only find they are doing a stocktake and store closed. Coming into city was way out of my way. Absolutely useless

I went there today around 3:40 and store was supposed to closed at 4. The staff was so unprofessional and making weird faces. Moreover both ladies were quite rude. If store is closing at 4 they have to deal with customers till 4.
