Came on a busy Saturday in January for my husbands birthday pre-theatre. Food was delicious. Sat by the barman (Juse?) / bar area, he was SUPER attentive and friendly and made the experience with delicious cocktail recommendations, making for a more unique experience vs “similar” pizza places in Manchester.
Went here for a pizza on Christmas eve. Have to say, bit of a mixed experience, mostly good though. The food was very good, nice pizzas. The atmosphere was good and the staff were nice, but it was the manager who kinda killed our experience. He was just a bit rude, when he took us to our tables, it seemed like a chore and like he didn't want us there. This wasn't just us, I saw him do it to other customers too. Shame as the rest of the staff were nice! Overall, a good restaurant with decent pizzas 🍕👍
Wow! Very impressed! The pizza was amazing and incredibly fresh. The service was fantastic and welcoming. I felt the atmosphere was just right too, lively but also relaxed as you could comfortably enjoy a conversation without needing to shout. The pizza was also extremely well priced, excellent value for money. Highly recommended! Would go again!
I called earlier to reserve a table for two, and they kindly confirmed they would hold it for me. When I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and guided to my table right away. The service was fast — I received the menu quickly, and the food was served promptly, which I really appreciated. However, there was one concern. I noticed one of the waitresses handling the cheese with her bare hand, without wearing gloves, and placing it directly on the pizza. This raised a hygiene issue that I believe should be addressed. Overall, the hospitality and service were excellent, but I hope the restaurant pays more attention to food-handling hygiene in the future.
Pizzeria serving neopolitan style pizzas with generous toppings of quality ingredients. Plenty of seats, with a stripped back industrial aesthetic softened by vintage Italian advertisements. Found me a table without a booking on a busy Thursday evening, and friendly service throughout.
