I am very satisfied with their work. This garage is made up of serious and honest professionals. They clearly explain which repairs are essential and which are less urgent. After the inspection, they provide a detailed overview of the vehicle’s overall condition and allow the customer to choose which repairs should be prioritized. I highly recommend this garage.

Huge shoutout to this shop for squeezing me in on a super busy Friday afternoon and getting my car done up and running before the end of the day. I don’t know *anything* about cars, but the owner, Jim, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could actually understand and answering all my questions, including my dad’s. They went above and beyond, amazing service! Will definitely be coming back!
Took my car here for front bearings and coil packs. Their prices were super fair and they were able to get me in within a day and had all work completed before the end of the same day. They completed all work exactly as quoted! There was a little surprise with the ABS sensor (no one’s fault) and they worked hard to ensure that repair fit within my budget which was REALLY appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. 1000% would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here. Super reliable and trustworthy! Thank you to everyone at the shop for all of the hard work it was very much appreciated!
Downtown Auto is amazing! Friendly, honest, family-run shop with unbeatable rates. For my 2022 Ford Maverick, Ford quoted $420 for a spark plug change, another mechanic $320 — Downtown Auto did it for just $190! Today, the owner even did a free diagnostic test and gave me lots of time to explain why some lights were coming on my dashboard. When they made a recommendation for a repair, the mechanic put my car on the hoist to show me that it was actually a concern — a visible concern. Jim, the owner, is kind, fun, and truly cares about the community, supporting local events like Arts on the Ave. Highly recommend!
