If i could give a -5 star review i would. I sent over my Q3 on oct 2nd. I messaged them many times between oct 1st and the 15th. Leslie was my contact. On oct 6th they said they could not review my excel. All they had to do was enable edit mode. Or ask for a pdf of my books. I directly had a line with the cpa and msgd her directly multiple times a day before the cut off and received no response.

New raving fan here! After a frustrating experience with our previous tax preparer [missed an substantial EIC], we found Dragonfly through a friend referral. I was able to get in for a consultation, which quickly led into us getting our 2024 taxes completed and left our 2023 taxes to be reviewed and amended. It feels odd to say our tax preparation was delightful feels weird to type...and that is exactly what it was. Kathy has such a playful personality matched with 'she-knows-her-stuff' experience. They have been highly responsive to my questions and sharing of information/updates to where our tax preparation is. I'm grateful they were referred to us by friends of friends and happy to share our experience on a platform that may help others make their decision on whether or not to engage with Kathy and team.

I echo the other 1-star review. For several years, I had a wonderful working relationship with this company. My taxes were done within a few weeks of submitting my information. All that changed a couple years ago when I founded a business, which does not yet have a product. From that point on, I have been handed off to a seasonal worker at the last minute. Very likely, this happens because my business doesn't create enough billable hours for them. That decision is unethical and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, it also demonstrates lack of communication in a timely manner, which includes not communicating why my tax return is still delayed. As of this review (9/16/25), my 2024 returns are *still* not done. I'll go somewhere else.

After being dragged along by H&R block, I was saved by Kathy! She was so helpful and got my taxes filed in less than 24 hours! She even got me a refund! 10/10 would recommend this place & Kathy. So kind, helpful and willing to answer any questions. Best part, I didn't even have to go in! Such an accommodating, wonderful experience.

Honestly she was very helpful in the beginning, but she sent my injured spouse form to the wrong place. Then the second Time she sent my taxes instead of the injured spouse form. When I called her about it she wasn’t even taking any responsibility. So I asked her to just email me the form so I could just do it myself, come to find out she spelled my last name wrong. It was a very annoying experience. She also hung up on me when I tried to tell her how frustrated I was with the whole situation, which I had a right to be upset. She didn’t even apologize for anything. Very rude. But the receptionist was so very nice.
