Highly recommend Matt and his HVAC team Matt and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very professional, detail-oriented, and clearly knew what they were doing. They carefully measured airflow throughout the house, installed two new plenum boxes with properly set dampers, and added two Ecobee thermostats. The result is a huge improvement in air distribution—each room now gets the airflow it actually needs, and overall comfort is dramatically better. You can tell they didn’t just “install and leave,” but really took the time to balance the system correctly. If you’re looking for an HVAC contractor who focuses on performance and quality, not shortcuts, Matt is the right person to call.
If you need anything AC-related (in my case it was a new system), save yourself some time and go with Dream. There is no need to search around (believe me, I’ve had some bad times with those other companies before). Beyond the fair pricing, the most reassuring thing was knowing that the job would get done correctly. Everything is immaculate. Matt and his team at Dream kept me up to date throughout the process, explained everything clearly and were readily available for any questions. I am 100% confident in my choice and the result reflects that decision. Quality equipment, perfect install, attention to detail, clean. No shortcuts here. The Dream Team came out and replaced 2 entire HVAC units. The quality and attention to detail was certainly noticed. I was given an estimate and it was honored in full and then some. I pulled estimates and talked with other HVAC companies but Matt and his team were on point on what exactly needed to be done.
