It was a pleasure to work with Kimberly! From the first time we spoke via zoom as I was interviewing other wedding planners/day of coordinators, I felt connected to Kimberly and knew that she would be a great person to work with for our big event. I remember one of the times we met she said “Im like your best friend for a few months” and that really was the role she played in terms of always bringing a positive attitude to our planning meeting and she just felt very reliable. For example, I would ask for recommendations about chairs and she would get back to me with the top two companies she could find and pricing. I asked her to help us secure a podium and she found two options for me and then booked it on my behalf allowing me to not have to put much thought into something that would otherwise have caused me so much anxiety. I really liked that Kimberly provides a team and she was very responsive to me throughout the process. I chose her day of coordinating package which offers emails and communication with her the three months before the wedding and the month before the wedding she coordinated things between all vendors. It was really nice to be able to let go of that control which allow me some time to relax and focus on other things (managing family, friends etc). During the event, Kimberly helped everything run very well and im SURE there were fires she and her team put out that never even came to our knowledge. Then for larger things that started to go wrong she came to us very calmly and just asked “what do you both want to do” and to see her in her element, so professional and unbothered was very calming for us.

Dream Event Services was an amazing partner in the wedding planning for our daughter Laura and her now husband Patrick! Kimberly did an excellent job listening to exactly what the couple envisioned for the wedding. She was able to communicate that vision to the venue and all of the other vendors she helped us find! Kim was very consistent and professional in communications detailing "homework" for the bride and groom, as well as, keeping us informed of decisions made and also the next steps in the process. She facilitated all the meetings with vendors and coordinated all of it. We made several last minute changes and Kim responded immediately and handled those changes with poise and professionalism! The day of the wedding, Kim and her team took all the worry out of our hands and we walked into a beautiful venue to celebrate the bride and groom! I cannot thank her enough for all she did to make this a day to remember forever!

Kimberly Mack and Dream Event Services LLC is by far the best service we every had the pleasure of utilizing. Kimberly is very professional and very thorough. Every since the first intake interview she made me feel so confident and secure with the services. My anxiety and uncertainty went away and that was a priceless feeling.
