Fantastic service from Dr Fixit. Accidentally broke the LED screen. He had ordered me a new screen/back of phone, which came the following day. He called me when it had arrived to drop the phone in, where it took an hour to carry out repairs. Lovely guy who really knows his stuff. Definitely would recommend! 😊
Roland has sorted out quite a few things for us, mainly for my daughter who has a habit of breaking her phone screen! He is always professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. He was even able to fix an issue that another phone shop told us wasn’t possible. Highly recommended.
Managed to get my iPhone wet and it then wouldn’t load past displaying the apple logo. Took it to Roland who diagnosed the problem straight away, explained it clearly, and then got hold of the part and fully repaired it within 24 hours. Would highly recommend and would be my go to in future for any phone problems!
Roland really showed his experience and top-notch knowledge when he helped us out with an iPhone back-glass replacement. Super quick turnaround - I literally popped out for a coffee and it was done. Fair price, great work. If I ever need a phone repair again, he’s definitely my number one goto. 👍
After battery in my S22 expanded and a software went a bit crazy, I was preparing myself to the fact that spending a few hundred quid and buying a new phone is the only option.
