I initially contacted Don at Drop N’ Detail regarding multiple scratches on my vehicle. Don was honest about which scratches he could take care of, and ones that would require a different level of repair (i.e., BMW Collision Center). During the conversation, i inquired about ceramic coating, which I have no experience with. Don took the time to explain what it is, the pros/cons, etc. We agreed to move forward with fixing the scratches and applying ceramic coating. Don was highly communicative throughout the process, and my vehicle looks better today than when I bought it. I highly recommend Don and his company.

Don was very communicative and professional right from the beginning. I had no idea what to do about the paint on my hood oxidizing, but he offered me a solution. He answered all of my questions and clearly outlined his plan to fix my vehicle. There were no surprises when it came to the work or the price.
