I entered the store at Duchess Boutique in Melbourne with no expectations nor hope that I would walk out with a dress on that day. I was very wrong. From the very moment I entered, I was made to feel so special. I put my trust in the hand of the wonderful Maree. We chatted and within 10 minutes and 3 dresses later I left with the gown of my dreams; one that I would never have naturally tried on. Thank you Maree and Olivia, you were both a delight.
I bought the most beautiful dress from Duchess for my daughter’s Wedding and I’ve had so many beautiful comments ! I felt like Royalty wearing it! Thank you Duchess you were fantastic . Jamie is a real star and so helpful :)
From first contact via phone to instore experience to recommendations on alterations I thank the team for an amazing experience that led to a dream dress. I was made to feel so comfortable, I had more options than I could dream of with my mid-size body and instore the sales assistant really asked and listened to me resulting in a dress that was different to what I initially wanted but made me feel a million dollars. The dress was for a planned 50th bday/body transformation photo shoot in Paris but the dress was so phenomenal that I did a spur of the moment photo shoot in my London hotel because the hotel and dress were a match made in heaven. I now have memories that will last a lifetime.
Only a month before my daughter's wedding, the dress I had made turned out to be a complete disaster! I walked into Duchess Boutique in Melbourne feeling despondent and walked out feeling a million dollars thanks to Jaime who found the perfect dress for my figure and the occasion. A quick alteration for length and to make it smaller in the waist and it was perfect! Everyone on my daughter's wedding commented on how beautiful the dress was and how amazing I looked in it. Thank you Jaime and Rocky for making this special day even more so. I am so grateful that I walked into your store! Perfect dress, perfect day.
Found the most beautiful Mother of the Bride dress today at Duchess Boutique and I could not be happier. Such a wide range of dresses available for every shape and size. Olivia was such a wonderful help. She listened to what I was looking for and picked dresses accordingly while also offering suggestions on other styles and colours. The dress I ended up buying was actually one she picked out. I never felt rushed, even as the shop started to get busy. I think its great that Duchess offer dresses in larger sizes. This is definitely the place to come if you are looking for a plus size gown. Prices are at the high end but I felt so good in the dress, it was worth the splurge. Thanks again to Olivia!
