The best, most responsive plumbers I've ever worked with. That's why I've been a customer for 35+ years. Awoke to water pouring out from under a toilet this morning. The kitchen faucet broke and it was leaking under my sink, every time I turned the water on. I called early Friday morning and Gavin was able to come over late morning. Gavin was friendly, professional, respectful of our home and put forth extra effort, finding the necessary part. Our RO system had quit working as well and he was able to switch things around so we had filtered water. I really appreciate Dworak Plumbing and will call them again.
I had them fix my shower handle. It needed to be tightened up. Very friendly good at what they do. Will use them every time.
This is an excellent company. I called them after a bathroom sink pipe broke while being snaked (we knew it would eventually happen so that was no surprise). The surprise was the way they quickly eased my worries on how it could be fixed. Everything was explained. They worked us into the schedule quickly and Gavin did a truly fantastic job! He was efficient and knowledgable and he left the work spaces cleaner than when he started. And I can't believe this happened, because it has never happened before (ever) but the bill was actually less than the estimate. I can't even begin to tell you what a welcome surprise THAT was!
We discovered a kitchen drain leak in the basement, made a call to Dvorak in which Gavin was sent out just a few days after the call. He showed up on time and enthusiastic about our issue. He was neatly dressed, courteous, as we as attentive to the situation. He minimized the possible damage that other contractors may have made. He observed and found the source of the leak and had the necessary repair made in under 2hrs. Gavin took the time to explain everything during and at completion. He cleaned up the mess and was so personable throughout his time here. Have already recommended him to neighbors and coworkers without hesitation. Thanks to Gavin and all the staff at Dvorak Plumbing. Kudos.
