Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. Inquired about cost of a cash pay contact eye exam PRIOR to scheduling and was quoted $98. I set up an appt for the following week and arrived. In the middle of filling out paperwork, a younger front desk girl, who clearly doesn't care for her job, comes over and tells me "since you're cash pay, price is $98- $140 for the exam and another $140-200 for contact fitting." I said, hang on, I was quoted $98...and now you're telling me it's gonna be $300 ? Her reply- "Yeah" I told her to cancel my appointment and she just walked off. So I got 45 minutes of drive time and fuel wasted by this business. Deceptive pricing and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My optician was named sydney and she was absolutely amazing!!! I was there at least 2 hours trying to figure out what pair of glasses I liked. Sydney was very patience, understanding, very helpful. Sydney is by far the BEST OF THE BEST. I will not go nobody but Sydney from this point forward. Thank you Sydney for your kindness!!! Velida
Thanks, Brenda, for the reminder about the annual eye exam. But please feel free to take her name off the list. She's my mother. We wouldn't use your service because we had a very bad experience with one of your employees. This lady was an older lady, like in her 60s. She was pretty impatient with my mother. We were trying to explain to her that my mother cannot see well with the glasses this lady was trying to fit on her. Then this lady started yelling at us in front of everyone in the store. I remember everyone looked at us. We were pretty embarrassed, to be honest.
Linda at Reception is the most Kind, Helpful and Genuine person I have ever met! She answered all my questions and went far and beyond to get me answers that she couldn't answer right away. Made me feel at home!
I came back for a yearly appointment and remembered the interior environment, same except the staffs and Dr. G excluding the optical assistant/interpreter for the deaf. The reason was ONE "DAY".
