I had an absolutely great experience with Earnhardt Autobody! The team was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave me helpful recommendations along the way, and kept me updated throughout the process. What really impressed me was how quickly they finished the repairs on my 2018 Toyota Camry — everything was completed much earlier than expected, and the quality of the work was top-notch. My car looks brand new again. You can tell this shop really takes pride in what they do and cares about their customers. From the front office to the technicians in the back, it was a smooth and professional experience all around. I was in an accident, and wasn’t at fault. I picked Earnhardt Body Shop because I bought the car from Earnhardt Toyota in Mesa. Blake was able to answer all my questions, answered when I called to check the status of my car, and was very responsive. The lady at the front desk was sweet and gave my kiddo a lollipop. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I need a body shop, I’ll definitely be returning.
