I wish I could give Dr. Nadia Ayadi, 10 stars!. I've been to acupuncturists before but believe me when I tell you she is superior in her talent, wisdom and techniques of acupuncture. She has a calming soothing demeanor which helps new patients like I was go through this process. At the time, I was new to San Diego, but had a facial twitching for many months that was bothersome. I tried the western medicine route and refused to take Botox to put a bandaid on the issue. I turned my research to eastern medicine, and discovered that acupuncture has been proven to reduce and eliminate these twitches. I literally googled to find someone in the area and was drawn to Dr. Nadia Ayadi, DTCM, LAc. First impressions are important. Her website was wonderful with insightful information. I called and made my first appointment. Walking into her office is like walking into a beautiful spa. The look, feel, sound and smell was so calming and soothing. As a new patient she took the time to explain how acupuncture works and what to expect during and after each treatment. It took several sessions to reduce 98% of the facial twitching, but with each session Dr. Nadia explained why the acupuncture needles were being placed. She told me to trust my body when I ask for the needles to be placed in other areas as well. The process is painless. She's truly gifted in the work she does on her patients. She cares about her patients. She is warm and genuine. Acupuncture is an investment in your body and health. If you want to discover acupuncture for healing your mind, body and soul, Dr. Nadia Ayadi is where you want to put your trust. She is an amazing gifted doctor of Acupuncture.

I was referred to Eastlake Acupuncture of San Diego through my VA healthcare team for chronic pain. At first I was nervous about the process because I had never received this kind of care before, but upon meeting Dr. Nadia Ayadi, all of my worries were put at ease. Dr. Nadia is professional and very passionate about the work that she does. She explained each action she was doing on the first visit and what outcomes I could expect, and when I had any questions she would have helpful and meaningful answers. It has been so helpful in natural pain management for my back and neck and as an added bonus I have experienced less migraines since starting my sessions, also I have been so relaxed that I fall asleep every single session. I recommend this service to anyone who suffers from chronic pain!

There are not enough great words to describe Dr. Nadia & her practice, Eastlake Acupuncture. I was referred to her from the VA for chronic neck pain. I had done a full round of PT with no alleviation of pain. After ONE VISIT with Dr. Nadia, I had a significant decrease in pain. After seeing her for 6 visits, I no longer had chronic pain. She literally changed my life. For anyone suffering from chronic neck or back pain- GO SEE Dr. Nadia. After seeing her for the first time I completely understood why the VA refers to her-she is a veteran angel. Her practice is AMAZING and her treatment style is 10/10, and she is just an amazing person! I loved her so much and had such a significant result from her I made my husband go, he was treated for shoulder pain & had amazing results as well! Don't think twice, book with Dr. Nadia
