Outstanding service by the Edinburgh Removal Company! From making first contact with Michael, we instantly felt looked after and treated as we were family and not just like any new client who wants to buy something. Michael’s exceptional service was truly amazing and we can’t thank him and his guys enough for making our removal experience so special. On the morning we moved, we were nothing but stressed out, but the guys , Michael, Adam and Chris were so unbelievably professional, caring and reassuring that everything will be taken care of no matter what. Swiftly our apartment was emptied, within a few hours everything was taken care of and no question was too much. After a quick lunch, Michael and his team met us at our new home and started to deliver the boxes to the room we asked them to deliver them to, nothing was too much for them, even when asking to reroute a few boxes from one room to another. Our furniture was quickly reassembled and ready to use. The service from start to finish was exceptional, kind and fun and made our removal experience enjoyable and way less stressful than I thought it would be. We couldn’t recommend Michael and his team enough, outstanding customer service and care and we truly appreciate their guidance on the day, the days before and even after completion. Price / value - unbelievably fair and worth every penny, I couldn’t be happier with their services! Edinburgh Removal Company - these guys are top class!
Great company, the guys were super efficient and quick with our move from a 3rd floor flat to a house. They also took care of and covered the cream carpet within the flat which i appreciated! Michael, Stevie and Chris know their stuff and were very careful moving everything. There are some scratches on 3 ikea furniture that we noticed, which for us is not a big problem as these are not brand new furniture and we are not that bothered. However, I suggest if you are worried about some of your bigger more delicate furniture, then mention in advance to make sure they will be covered extra carefully in the van. Overall, the price for value is great as we could not have dreamed doing this move any quicker and better. Thanks guys!
Michael and his team - Chris and Steve - were absolute professionals and helped make our house move so smooth. They were quick, careful and friendly and by far the best movers we’ve used in Edinburgh. They had the whole move done by lunchtime. I highly recommend them!
Michael and the team were first class. Friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced the guys got us moved out of a 4 bedroom house in a couple of days without any fuss. We went for the full packing service and it made the experience a lot less stressful than it might have been. Can highly recommend.
I would not hesitate to recommend Edinburgh Removals. Whilst the process of selling was convoluted resulting in having to reschedule several times, the one piece which was plain sailing was the arrangements with Edinburgh Removals. Their default is finding solutions to sometimes unusual issues like the storing of 6 ft high plants for a few weeks until the entry date to the new property. They work with you to accommodate date changes (within the margin of flexibility of the contract conditions) and do not ask for payment until the job is done. They will help with rebuilding beds on arrival at the new property. The service is delivered with a smile. These little extras matter to relieve some of the stresses of moving. Thank you to Michael, Chris and Stephen for making the actual move the easy and positive part of the process!
