Honestly The whole staff was a delight, great conversation, great atmosphere. Anna did a great job with my hair, she reassured me, double checked if I was okay with it, or if I wanted to change anything. Definitely will be back.

I love coming into the salon and seeing Anna. I’m the most indecisive person but with Anna (and occasionally some input from Jerritt) I have finally found a hairstyle that works for me- that I love! The atmosphere of the salon is stellar and I always feel welcomed and heard. Highly recommend!

While the outcome was great, the process was not. It took over 5 hours in the salon to do what has never taken more than 2 in any other (and that was mainly due to Jarret’s lack of focus) and more than 2x the money I have ever paid (and that was for a spiral perm when my hair was long. The price was absolutely outrageous. I have NEVER spent that much on a salon and was absolutely floored at the total. Maybe if my hair was half way down my back and I wanted it all purple or rainbow or something like that, but highlights, toner, & cut on hair that doesn’t even touch my colar!?! $200 would have been reasonable but no salon is worth $422 for the services I received. I was totally shocked as I had paid a 50% deposit when I booked the appointment and was assured it would not be any more because my hair was short. $90 for a basic hair cut…no blow out, no curling, no styling. That’s crazy! While everyone was perfectly nice ands friendly and I am happy with my hair, I will not be returning.

Jerritt is an absolute godsend. After a thorough consultation (where my expectations were reasonably set, pricing was clearly communicated, etc.), I scheduled a color correction to see how much of 10+ years of box black dye we could remove. Jerritt made certain that my hair could handle the process before proceeding, then managed to lift so much of the dye out of my hair that we were both shocked. He balanced it out with a gorgeous copper-blonde, and maintained my hair's health throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a fantastic color correction, I can't recommend Jerritt enough - I'd put this off for years out of fear of damaging my hair (or worse), only for him to have me looking and feeling better than I have in years in a single evening. Including a photo of before, during, and after just to show the sheer progress made in a ~4 hour appointment!

Both times I’ve been there have been lovely. The stylists are very friendly and sweet making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I personally have a lot of anxiety when interacting with new or unfamiliar people but Tavia and Jerritt both were very kind which helped me feel more comfortable in each of my visits. I think anyone who visits will have a great experience and leave with amazing hair!
