We had a WONDERFUL experience with efficiency heating and cooling. I own a vacation rental business and one of our houses had a sudden failure with our mini splits. I needed to get heat back in the house asap. Efficiency met that need with stars. From the very beginning they were clear, communicative, honest and hard working. Rob, was so kind to talk with us on his weekend in order to get things done as quickly as possible. He went out of his way- which was so kind and appreciative. Everyone else that I have worked with has also been top notch. For 20 years I owned a design and build construction company. I have worked with many HVAC companies in that time--and I would without hesitation say that Efficiency is one of the all time best!
Always professional, knowledgable, & ready to go the extra mile. During a routine maintenance, Tristan went out of his way to research & respond to some of my HVAC-adjacent questions. You can probably find a cheaper company, but over the past couple years, Efficiency's … well, efficiency, & the peace of mind they provide is worth every penny.
Rob from Efficiency Heating and Cooling provided an estimate for replacing our furnace and AC. The estimate was competitive and reasonable for the job. He did an excellent job explaining options and didn’t try to upsell us. His communication was excellent, texting arrival time and asked if that time would still work. Communication with the office was also excellent from scheduling to follow up. Overall so far excellent customer service.
Jason is a great guy and a great salesman! He was really easy to work with, and really listened to what we wanted! I feel like he went above and beyond to help us get the system we needed, and was so good about making sure we had all the information we needed to to make our choice! Very knowledgeable! We will definitely be recommending Efficiency Heating and cooling to our friends!
Great company. Great experience with great people. I was so afraid because of how much it cost but you know what. It's the best amount of money that I've spent. There's been some issues as far as my thermostat and understanding the whole process of how this thermostat works because it's such a change for us, but we're figuring it out. I love the fact that I can call and they will come. I've never seen a company so responsive and so respectful of my situation. They even put up with the animals running around my house. Thank you so much for not being freaked out. I highly recommend that if you need air conditioning or repair on a furnace, you contact these people.
