Disappointed. $5 Miller Light Bottle. Can’t figure out why these places don’t take better care of the locals. Thought maybe I found my local bar. But $5 for Miller Light in a Dive Bar. I could have bought a 6 pack. I live across the street. Looking for a hangout to watch my teams. Plus TVs way way too high. Crink in the neck. Won’t return. Take care of me and I’ll take better care of you
I came after work to grab a beer, the bar was empty and I sat by myself waiting for 5 minutes while the bartender stood there on his phone. He finally came up to ask what I want to drink. Served my drink then went back on his phone. There’s nba and football tonight and the tvs were turned off. The bar was empty and I didn’t get welcomed. By far worst customer service, I’ll stick to bar321.
Very nice bae. Love the decorations. Fair pricing. Parking is not free but paid parking is available across the building.
Nicole and Eden were amazing. Drinks were quick and delicious. Spurs game on, live music. Can’t wait to come back
I did a Google search for San Antonio bars with live country music and El Honky Tonk came up. It's a neighborhood bar just a little off the tourist traffic areas. So glad I went - got there around 2:00 and stayed till closing time. Patrons were great, music was perfect AND the bartender was amazing - she was super friendly and super efficient & professional! I so enjoy watching a bartender work a busy bar - multi-tasking, networking, and the ability to continually smile & laugh. High recommended this watering hole ... the beer is COLD.
