I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. My screen just went black on me, so I stopped to see about getting it fixed. Considering the average cost, they were reasonably priced. To top it off, they had completely my screen change within 30 minutes. The 2nd day my screen started going crazy. I had to keep it off because it was doing too much! So I took it back up there with my receipt. The gentleman was both polite and professional. He must have recognized me from the visit 2 days prior because he didn't need to see my receipt. This time they had me wait a full hour before picking it up, so that the glue would have time to set. Now it's great! No problems, screen is just like my other. I will definitely go back because they have lots of cool stuff for purchase.
I dont recommend this place to anyone that wants to fix the phone screen. I took a samsung in the color silver and they replaced it with a different color which was not communicated with me before paying. They use very cheap quality screens that will literally break within a week. When they gave me my phone back the screen was not glued all the way. Which made me very upset because you pay $200+ dollars for a very bad service!
I rate them a 0 star I got my phone screen fix and 4 days later screen popped out and went back they glued it back and it happened again (It didn’t dropped or fall )they tried to make it seem like I drop it in order for it to happen the iPhone aftermarket screens they use is trash and 7 day warranty is a rip off the need 30days warranty the screens sticks out after being installed and when glue stop sticking then it’s coming a loose and warranty is only 7days fyi
Badddd business. They will take your device for service and replace it with a different an older device. And I don’t care what they respond. Because they get in the replies trying to explain their lies. Explain it to a judge and the police because the evidence against you clear.
