With adequate preparation beforehand, I believe the results could be even better!My favorite part was the Q&A session at the end, where the trainer took the time to answer questions about fitness and nutrition. I asked two questions, and the answers were not only insightful but also highly practical, giving me great tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The gym is equipped with clean mirrors that cover almost the entire space, allowing you to observe and adjust your form no matter where you’re working out. This feature significantly helped me refine my movements. Even though only one trainer led our session, other trainers passing by took the time to give us high-fives or fist bumps. This created a friendly and motivating atmosphere that made the experience enjoyable and encouraging. Came here for an hour workout with Silas and had an absolute blast! Silas was super accommodating and knew just how far to push us to help us get out of our comfort zone but not overdoing it. The gym was comfortable and not too big and I found it a much more personalized experience than a gym like Planet Fitness, so you can really get a sense of what is best for your body. You also get the beauty of meeting a great group of staff who treats you with the utmost of care. Silas even helped me get a routine and offered to continue to help me in the future! Wonderful experience and would recommend anyone go here for your workouts!
