Such an amazing experience! Booking the appointment was easy– we got same-day service. The set up inside is SO CUTE! My daughter was able to sit in the pink jeep while watching her favorite show Little Bear. The stylist was really great with her, and made sure she was comfortable– which is the most important thing when it comes to my daughter because she will make it real clear if she’s not. The stylist was communicative and so good at her job. A family member of mine just butchered my kid’s hair the day prior and I was freaking out with the holidays around the corner. At the end of the haircut, they provide a sticker, a lollipop and a balloon. So generous & amazing. Huge thank you to everyone here 💕
My daughter received a birthday princess makeover. She was so well taken care of. The salon was very clean and they offer all the services a young kid would want. Our hair stylist was super sweet and accommodating. She made our little girl feel so comfortable and happy. She was asked her opinion about the little details of her makeover. It was so inclusive and the staff were so kind. She even got a little makeup box to go. She received a hair cut, her makeup done, curls, and gems . We were very happy and will absolutely be back.
Even with all the glowing reviews, I was hesitant to take my son here for his first haircut because I hadn’t seen photos of a toddler surfer shag done well. But I’m here to ease any doubts, bc our experience was fantastic! Irma took her time, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. My son was well-behaved and only got a little antsy in the last few minutes. The whole process was smooth, and the salon itself is so kid-friendly with arcade games, balloons, and TV to keep little ones entertained. We couldn’t be more pleased!
We came here based off of the reviews online, however this will be a one and done. This was for my daughter’s first cut. And although she’s two and won’t remember this experience - this is now a core memory for me. I did not catch the name of the stylist (we chose first available and she did not introduce herself). There was another child there who was having difficulty with getting their haircut and was vocally upset. Our stylist kept rolling her eyes everytime she heard the other child, and called them “annoying” which left a bad taste in my mouth. Moving towards the haircut, I just asked for a trim and to give my daughter side bangs as her hair was in her eyes (hair was past her shoulders). Instead my daughter had Will Byers’s from Stranger Things Bowl Cut. I know I should’ve expressed my dissatisfaction right then and there but I didn’t want to be upset and my daughter pick up on that. Overall would not recommend.
Brought my daughter and niece here to have a haircut and braids done. I walked in after making an appointment and the 2 ladies seemed very surprised to see us there. The older lady working, Pegah, was very short saying to Cecilia who don’t want to take I don’t care. Right away we did not feel welcome by Pegah as she seemed annoyed we pulled her away from the back room. My daughter had Cecilia who did a nice job and was very nice to my daughter. However, my niece had Pegah. She did a HORRIBLE braid for my niece who was visiting from out of town and was so excited to have a special braid done with her cousin. Then when my 11 year old niece asked if Pegah could fix the braid Pegah told her she was too picky and did not fix it. My niece also asked how much the colorful hair/fake hair was because she thought it was pretty and she told her oh you don’t want that it takes too long and too expensive. Also, she kept looking and staring at my niece who has limb deficiency; very rude and abrupt the entire time we were there. Pegah then pulls Cecilia over to whisper something to her after she rushed through my nieces braid and Cecilia was in the middle of my daughter’s haircut. I’m wonder how this owner allows this lady to work with kids? Then my mother-in-law goes to pay and pays for both. Tells Pegah to take 20% of $15 which is $3 and 20% of tip goes to Cecilia which should have been $11 for a $55 service. Well Pegah thought she deserved more and took $5. I gave Cecilia more cash for a tip as she was super helpful and kind after I found out Pegah stole part of Cecilia’s tip. Please see pictures below. Pegah should be ashamed for how she treated my sweet niece and how she ruined her experience. I would give Cecilia 5 stars This rating is 100% based on Pegah. I hope the owner reads this and does something about it.
