My visit to Elite Nail Salon wasn't the best the first day I went. However, they reached out and asked me to come back to get my nails fixed. After making an appointment with Ms. Kim I was much happier with my nails. She wasn't the one who had worked on my nails the first time I came. I will be coming back to see Kim in the future. She did a wonderful job.
Amazing service! Everything was great and my nails came out gorgeous! I recommend coming here. I will definitely be coming back.
Tyler was great! Very attentive and did amazing with my nails. He was patient and walked me through the process. I would highly recommend!
Wish I could give zero stars. The most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. Not sure how they are still in business. Got a pedicure and manicure with gel. 3 hours after leaving the salon my gel nails were coming off as well as the nail polish on my toes. Never had that happened before. Went in and got it fixed. The day after, the nail polish on my toes came off completely. I was attending a very important event that was no where in El Paso. With that being said I couldn't go in and get it fixed, AGAIN. Very frustrating paying over $100 on something like this and it not lasting is a huge disappointment to say the least. In this economy no one wants to be spending this amount of money and then have it not last even a day. Here I am four days having to pay someone else AGAIN to fix their BOTCHED job. Been trying to get ahold of a manger for four days and I have been given the run around and been hung up on. All I want is my refund. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
I unfortunately did not have a great experience here. I had a little bit of gel leftover on the tips of my nails and walked in hoping to get it removed quickly. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and they told me to sign in and take a seat. I waited for almost an hour (they could have told me to come back if they were too busy or to schedule another time which I would have been fine with). Finally, I was brought over to a table and was told to put my hands in a literal bowl of acetone and I was left there for over 30 minutes. My skin started burning and no one came back over so I took them out and just wanted to leave at that point. The guy then took the polish off using a drill that looked like it had never been cleaned and on top of this used files and buffers that were previously used on other clients. Also, due to the acetone and the drill, my natural nails are now brittle and look really bad (see photo). Not to mention it was another $1.50 to use my card which was not stated anywhere or told to me. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because I will say they were kind people who worked there. I wish my experience had been different.
